  • You can enjoy your June Pine fine jewelry for years with proper care. Follow these recommendations to keep each piece looking its best:

    • Remove jewelry before washing or applying products such as perfume, lotion, or hair products.

    • Avoid contact with household detergents, bleach, and other cleaning chemicals.

    • Keep jewelry away from intense heat sources like tanning beds and hot tubs.

    • Avoid wearing jewelry during activities that expose it to stress or moisture, such as swimming, working out at the gym, or participating in sports.

    Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratching and tangling. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth; for more thorough care, use a mild soap and water solution, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely before storing.

  • June Pine charges sales tax on all orders shipped and the tax rate applied will reflect the applicable Illinois state and local sales tax rates for the shipping address at the time the order is processed. Sales tax is calculated on the order subtotal (including any taxable shipping charges) and added to the final purchase total.

  • We gladly accept custom orders. Please email questions or requests to info@junepine.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate. All custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Orders can be canceled at any time before shipping. Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation once production has started. Please contact us at info@junepine.com to request an order cancellation.

  • Items shipped within the U.S. may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn and unaltered with the original tags still attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Yes — you will receive order status updates including order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking details. If you have not received any emails after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folders.
